I bought these door contacts with the thought that it would be some cheesy battery operated plastic doo-dad. Was I WRONG, and sadly mistaken. These door contacts hook up to a wireless converter that transmits a signal to the required Honeywell Door Bell/Door Contact/Security Alarm Housing. I bought the main Honeywell Wireless door bell system, then bought the add-ons like the door contacts and couldn't be happier.
